Unfortunately, there were people out yesterday that were not interested in protesting peacefully in Los Angeles. Instead they took to the streets in the evening to loot stores on Fairfax and Melrose Avenue. The aftermath of all of this were burnt out stores, shattered windows and business owners who have losted it all. It was great to see Angelinos come out and help clean up the community by removing graffiti and sweeping up glass and debris.
