GeoVanna Gonzalez & Patrick Haemmerlein

GeoVanna Gonzalez offers work which illustrates the dualities of life and death and growth and decay by employing the use of empty, open space and dense complexities of lines all seen in her drawings, paintings and books. Patrick Haemmerlein explores themes of nature vs. industry and how they coexist. His images stem from photographs taken in Los Angeles and his hometown in upstate New York and juxtapose rural scenes with urban realities. The opening reception is Saturday, February 18 from 6-9pm.
