No more Prop 8! It’s time to celebrate! Los Angeles GLBTQ artists are taking center stage sharing stories, music, dance and poetry celebrating the journey and triumph of the Queer experience. The team that brought you “A Scrooge and Marley Christmas Carol: A Gay Twist on a Classic Tale” and “La Cage Aux Folles” (Rene Guerrero, Vance Roi Reyes, Travis Terry) and the Knightsbridge Theatre’s very popular original works program, Slanted Salon (Amanda Vermillion and Allana Barton), have combined forces to create a unique multi-media program that includes theatrical works, poetry, music, song and dance. “Rainbow Connections” has reached out to the community and brought together some of Los Angeles’ best GLBTQ writers and performers, and some straight allies, to weave a tapestry of queer experiences, showing how we are all connected through common experiences.
