Umamicatessen is now open in Downtown Los Angeles, near the Jewelry District. Famous for its burgers, the restaurant also has several deli sandwiches and a pork-intensive concession. In addition to that, there is a doughnut menu that includes a tres leches choice with Mexican caramel. But the current talk is the foie gras, a jelly doughnut worth $8.
