L.A. County Approves $1,000 Fine for Throwing Football, Frisbee on Beaches

The Los Angeles County has approved a $1,000 fine for throwing footballs or frisbees on any of their beaches within the county. The ordinance, which is 37 pages long, also states other potential fines that include the digging of holes deeper than 18 inches into the sand.
