The University of California, Los Angeles has a campaign for optimism. Vice chancellor for external affairs Rhea Turteltaub stated that the purpose of such project is to differentiate themselves. Furthermore, it has been declared that UCLA is wanting to depict the campus' optimism of and to its students, whether you graduate(d) or not.
