Once in a while, we all embark on grilling some type of food. Here are some tips that can help you better grill your meals next time, including burgers (direct, uncovered and high for 3-5 minutes - don't press down on the patties during cooking or you'll squeeze out the delicious juices), and baby-back ribs (indirect, uncovered medium-high, then direct, uncovered medium-high - the key here is to apply barbecue sauce only during the last 5 minutes of cooking).
