Angelenos love their food, and they love their food trucks.

With an estimated 200 food trucks roaming Los Angeles' streets, residents have become fans of getting their food on wheels. Hungry patrons line up in front of trucks in Santa Monica's early evening, during lunch along Wilshire Boulevard, between classes at the University of Southern California, and all throughout L.A.

With such a strong food truck culture, one has to wonder: what are the best food trucks in L.A.?

Ranker.com, a site that produces thousands of crowdsourced answers to opinion-based questions, collected more than 2,000 votes on "The Best L.A. Food Trucks."

Unfortunately, some of the food trucks on this list are no longer open...but we still included them just in case you want to reminiscence on the good ol' days.
