Drummer's Reality Camp

Drummers and drum enthusiasts from all over the world meet again for workshops, lessons, master classes, special performances, autograph sessions and a DW Drums factory tour. Participating drummers include Terry Bozzio (Missing Persons, Frank Zappa), Dave Elitch (The Mars Volta), Peter Erskine (Steely Dan, Weather Report; USC Thornton School of Music), Alex Acuña (Paul McCartney, Chick Corea) and Ziggy Modeliste (The Meters, Keith Richards). Drum recording specialist Uli Frost, as well as LAMA's Drum Department Co-Chairs Ralph Humphrey and Joe Porcaro, rock drums instructor Dave Beyer and jazz drums instructor Tony Inzalaco round out this year's lineup.
