The program and festival attractions include music, food vendors, carnival booths, art exhibits, merchandise sales, and community dance and choral performances. This year, for the first time and to raise HIV/AIDS awareness in our community, the event will include a Human Red Ribbon Project bringing together hundreds of Orange County students aged 12 – 18 years to form the largest human red ribbon Orange County has ever seen.
