Umm, it’s Blondie. Who isn’t down with that. I say that intentionally without a question mark because it’s a statement that shouldn’t, nay, couldn’t be answered by any human being. This band has been cooler than you since before you were even conceived, and they continue to be as much today. Debbie Harry’s old enough to be my grandmother, and you know what? She’s still totally punk rock. I wish my grandma was that fierce. Well, mine kind of is, but I wish mine was fierce and an early punk icon. Point being, there’s a reason that today’s adult chart-toppers cite this band as an influence so frequently. Please make note of the fact that I say “adult chart-toppers” because I know the quality of an iconic band would be lost entirely on Justin Bieber or Miley fans, but that’s neither here nor there. Again, point being, Blondie should just be on everyone’s list of “Rock Legends to See Live Once Before You/They Die.” - Brien Overly
