WCG Grand Final 2010: Global Games Competition

The battle to become the world’s gaming champion kicks-off with more than 500 gamers and tens of thousands of spectators gathering to compete in four days of virtual combat across a dozen different games. Considered as the largest competitive video gaming event in the world, the WCG 2010 Grand Final is the ultimate proving ground for today’s elite gamers. Contestants will play games titles such as Guitar Hero, StarCraft, Tekken, among others, for a worldwide prize purse of about $250,000. In addition, the cast members of “WCG Ultimate Gamer,” a reality-television show featured on Syfy, will make special appearances at the four-day gaming event.
