The Sounds

The Sounds

Patron goddess of modern dance-pop, Sounds frontwoman Maja Ivarsson gives even the surliest, most brutal of rock frontmen a run for their money in terms of in-your-face-ness. The Swedish songstress is more badass than whatever band you’re jamming to now and won’t settle for an audience being anything less than sweaty and exhausted by the time her set is over. And if that means her pocket-sized self needs to dive into a crowd headfirst to get them moving, rest assured she is going to do it. - Brien Overly
