Opening night, this new exhibit at the Museum of Contemporary Art pays homage to the man who started the “combine,” a work of art that mixes painting and sculpture worlds.  Incorporating numerous mediums including wood, paisley wallpaper, and fake hens, many of the pieces appear like 3D collages. LA DODGERS VS. PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES @ Dodger Stadium

THE ARCTIC MONKEYS @ WIltern LG

AIDS LIFECYCLE RIDE
Starting today, cyclists will leave San Francisco and travel 585 miles to Los Angeles.  Each cyclist is required to raise $2,500 to help benefit HIV/AIDS research.  Participants can register online as a cyclist or as a roadie/volunteer.  The bike ride ends in LA on June 10th. BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN @ Greek Theatre

OZMA @ Chain Reaction
