Opening night, this new exhibit at the Museum of Contemporary Art pays homage to the man who started the “combine,” a work of art that mixes painting and sculpture worlds.  Incorporating numerous mediums including wood, paisley wallpaper, and fake hens, many of the pieces appear like 3D collages. Starting today, cyclists will leave San Francisco and travel 585 miles to Los Angeles.  Each cyclist is required to raise $2,500 to help benefit HIV/AIDS research.  Participants can register online as a cyclist or as a roadie/volunteer.  The bike ride ends in LA on June 10th. SoCal natives and non-genre rockers Ozma take the stage at Anaheim’s Chain Reaction this Tuesday.  The band blends musical genres, everything from the Rolling Stones to The Beatles to Weezer.  In fact, Rivers Cuomo of Weezer discovered Ozma back in 2001 and offered them an opening spot on Weezer’s ‘01/’02 tour.  The show starts at 7:30 p.m.  Tickets are on sale at for $12.
