RADIOHEAD @ Greek Theatre
Completely sold out. Completely. That’s what happens when you are Thom Yorke and your band is Radiohead.  Coming to the rather small Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, this will be the first time Radiohead has played near L.A. since 2004.  While the band hasn’t released any new material, fans will melt as Yorke pulls songs from Kid A, The Bends, OK Computer, and Hail to the Thief.  Radiohead will play a second show on June 30. Good luck getting tickets on ebay.  The Greek Theatre is located at 2700 N. Vermont. The show starts at 8 p.m.  For more info, visit

SHE ALWAYS TOLD ME @ Hudson Mainstage Theatre
Four daring actresses spill the beans on what it’s really like to be a woman.  No neurosis is too obscure and no subject matter is taboo.  Told through 12 monologues, “She Always Told Me” is sheer comedy in the same vein as “The Vagina Monologues.”  The show is currently running at the Hudson Mainstage Theatre located at 6539 Santa Monica Blvd., in Los Angeles.  For tickets and reservations, call (323) 9601053.  Tickets are $17.  More info is available online at

BUILT TO SPILL @ The Troubadour
Doug Martsch and band Built To Spill are not exactly your standard pop-punk garbage that usually overtakes Los Angeles venues on Saturday nights.  Difficult to categorize, the band is a synthesis of psychedelic rock, brawny guitar, and outer-space inspired lyrics.  Built To Spill plays the Troubadour in Los Angeles.  The show starts at 8pm.  Tickets are available at  The Troubadour is located at 9081 Santa Monica Blvd.

 Saturday, July 2
DODGERS VS. ANGELS @ Angels Stadium
In the last game of the series, this little crosstown, 4th of July weekend match-up should keep baseball fans on their toes.  The LA Dodgers have managed to stay on top of the NL West, but Anaheim is looking to regain lost ground.  Solid pitching from the Angels could pose a serious threat to the Dodger’s reign.  The Game starts at 7:05 p.m. at Angels Stadium.  The Stadium is located at 2000 Gene Autry Way in Anaheim. For more info,  visit

 Sunday, July 3
