Well if you don't have AC, you can try what my granddad would do. First you buy a 25 pound block of ice (do they still sell ice in blocks?). Then you get an electric fan. You place the block of ice on your chest with the fan at your feet, facing you. Not very high tech but he claimed it worked great. Of course he did come down with a bad case of pneumonia once and nearly died, but that's another story.....good luck all!!!!!
