Robert Williams, best known for his work as a member of the Zap Comix movement of the ’60s, brings us his latest collection of surreal genre-warping paintings in a beautiful 13 x 11 paperback.
Bearing the influence of everything from Salvador Dali to comic books to old Hollywood, much of his work has a satirical bent, taking on overpopulation, the feedback loop of pop culture and technology and the ticking time bomb of a rapidly accelerating world in a twisted, cartoony style all his own.
