This is not your typical album. It comes off as a rap/hip-hop production, but after hearing a few tracks, you realize it’s something much more. Impressive production mixed with penetrating lyrics gives way to a sound that has been long in the making. The merging of hard rock arrangements with a hip-hop background really brings out an impressive sound.

The album isn’t all serious; there’s the track “Kitchen Sink” which keeps things light but still real. Vocally the aggression comes across more subtle than wild, and it gives a much-needed depth to the latest rap offerings on the market these days.

B. Dolan’s passion in the lyrics and matching of complex beats gives listeners an earful to not only move their feet, but challenge their minds as well.
