This Saturday, Dec. 4, football fans across Southern California will be able to experience the ultimate rivalry: the annual USC vs. UCLA game at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. But before that, students at the University of Southern California will gather in McCarthy Quad for the annual Conquest concert!

Conquest is a USC tradition the Friday night before the annual USC vs. UCLA football game. The evening will consist of a showcase of senior athletes and performances by the USC Song Leaders, USC Competition Cheer, Trojan Dance Force and a headliner performance by Third Eye Blind.

This year, the HP/Intel Corporation is sponsoring Conquest in partnership with USC Program Board. At the event, students will be able to check out HP’s most popular computers, including the newest ENVY 14 laptop, and sample the hottest new music through HP’s Beats headphones designed by Dr. Dre to create the ultimate listening experience. Students will have the opportunity to enter for the chance to win a free set of Beats headphones and a HP Mini Laptop by visiting the HP/Intel tent at the concert and updating their Facebook statuses.

Conquest starts at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2, in McCarthy Quad on the USC campus. Don’t miss this exciting event and opportunity to win great free gear from HP! Be on the lookout for more HP and Intel-sponsored events on the USC campus this coming spring.
