Clarence Clemons, also known as "The Big Man," passed away today at the age of 69 due to complications after he suffered a stroke on June 12. The saxophonist was well-known for his work with Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band and recently had a collaboration with Lady Gaga for "The Edge of Glory." Clemons was born in Virginia and was a member of a jazz band in his high school. He eventually joined the E Street band but also recorded his own solo work. He is survived by his four sons.
