AT&T has been named the worst major cell phone carrier again in the U.S., according to a recent study. Verizon Wireless grabbed the top spot...again. Involving an approximate 63,000 subscribers, Consumer Reports Ratings conducted the survey based on voice, data and customer service. The study also showed that the top-ranked carriers overall are Consumer Cellular (No. 1), U.S. Cellular (No. 2), Credo Mobile (No. 3), Verizon Wireless (No. 4), Sprint (No. 5), T-Mobile (No. 6) and AT&T (No. 7).
