Dating website OkCupid just launched its newest application, Crazy Blind Date, which matches the user to other singles in their area based on availability and favorite eateries. Available for the iPhone and Android, the purpose of the free app is to cut out the tiresome back-and-forth of online dating and allow individuals instant connection with other local singles. The application is meant to match users on short notice, giving each individual no information or ability to communicate with the other until one hour before the date is to start. At the end of the date, each user is able to rate the other in order to increase their score and secure more opportunities to be matched up with others in the future.
