This Thursday, skip going to “The Row,” “Greek Row,” “Frat Row” and whatever your college likes to call it, and get out of town. In fact, head to Mountain High Resort in Wrightwood.

Tomorrow, Jan. 17, southern California’s closest winter resort will be having a College Night where students are encouraged to ride from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for only $20 with a college ID. College Night promises giveaways, drink specials, sponsor raffles, DJs, contests and (of course) ski or snowboard night riding!

The event takes place at the West Resort in the BullWheel Bar and Grill. Here, students can warm up, drink and dance after shredding it out on the slopes. You can enjoy $1 hotdogs and discounts off of your favorite beers and cocktails. Not to mention, it’s an awesome opportunity to meet and mingle with students from other SoCal colleges.

Mountain High is located just an hour and a half away from Los Angeles and Orange County. There are three separate mountains/resorts: Mountain High East, West and North. You can try a wide variety of trails and lifts (the Diamond Back trail in North Resort, Upper and Lower Chisolm in West Resort, Goldrush in East Resort and many, many more), and it has the region’s largest tubing area.

College Nights at Mountain High take place on Jan. 17, Feb. 21 and March 7. For more information on Mountain High and College Night, click here.
