In an odd leap from the small screen to a large stage, Nick Offerman, beloved "Parks and Recreation" actor, tests his live abilities in “Annapurna” at Los Angeles’s Odyssey theater. The play portrays estranged lovers (his co-star ironically is Megan Mullally, an on-and-off-again lover and rival for Offerman’s character Ron Swanson on "Parks and Recreation") who examine the love lost between the couple after 20 years apart. The play contains a mere two actors and a setting of just one element: a trailer. With this comedic team, there are high hopes for both laughs and heart. The show can be seen by Los Angles theater enthusiasts and fans of the NBC comedy currently through June 9, 2013.
