Attorney Gloria Allred is claiming that USC, UC Berkeley, Dartmouth College and Swarthmore College have not been properly investigating or reporting sexual assaults on their campuses. Allred said complaints were filed against all of the schools, alleging that they failed to follow federal laws regarding sex crimes.

USC's Student Coalition Against Rape filed a complaint on Wednesday, May 22. Tucker Reed, the group's co-founder and an alleged rape victim, said, "“We hope that our actions today will encourage our university to support reporting of sexual assaults and to punish sexual offenders."
