Here's a food mash-up we've never thought of: chocolate + chicken.
At first, this combination sounded a little..."out there." But when we heard Umami Burger founder Adam Fleischman was behind this brilliant idea, our stomachs were rest assured!
According to TODAY, Fleischman's ChocoChicken restaurant will not be serving chicken dipped in chocolate or chicken with a mole sauce. Instead, chocolate will just be infused in the fried chicken batter.
ChocoChicken is expected to open in March!
