On Thursday, March 6, USC's Tri Delta (Delta Delta Delta) sorority will be hosting its annual spring philanthropy, Delta House of Pancakes (DHOP).

For a mere $5, attendees can support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital while enjoying an endless supply of delicious, homemade pancakes and waffles.

In the past three years, Tri Delta chapters around the nation have been able to raise $15 million for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. USC’s chapter of Tri Delta was able to raise $3,600 in ticket sales at last year’s event, helping them become the first chapter on the West Coast to reach their chapter goal of $62,000.

Senior Tri Delta member Chantal Morgan raved about the event:  “DHOP is a great way to get the entire USC community involved in working towards raising awareness about St. Jude while simultaneously supporting the research and the building of their facilities. It’s a fun and social way to hang out with friends, meet new people and enjoy delicious waffles and pancakes all night long!"

She added, "It is definitely a 'Tridelt' event that I will miss after I graduate, but I’m so proud of the hard work and dedication of not only our USC Tri Delta chapter, but every Tri Delta chapter nationwide.”

To attend the DHOP event, visit the Tri Delta house Thursday from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m.
