It's the classic Cinderella story -- er, sort of -- and it might be making its way to Broadway!

In 1990, we fell in love with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere in Garry Marhsall's Pretty Woman, the story of a hooker (Roberts) who gets paid thousands of dollars by a rich man (Gere) to be his "date" for a week. Naturally, the two fall in love and live happily ever after.

Now, there's talk of a Broadway musical adaptation.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Marshall is reportedly meeting with composers, lyricists and directors for the musical, and Paula Wagner ("The Heiress") might be on board to produce it.
