About Campus MovieFest

Campus MovieFest (CMF), the world’s largest student film festival, started in 2001 when four students at Emory University provided their peers with everything they needed to make a movie in one week. Since then, more than 1,000,000 students worldwide have received all the necessary technology and training to tell their stories for free, thanks to corporate partners and schools. Past winners have earned more than $2 million in prizes and have seen their films on screens big and small. Campus winners move on to compete at TERMINUS, a four-day filmmaker summit and awards ceremony, earn professional and educational opportunities, and even see their work screened at the Cannes Film Festival, in-flight on Virgin America, and much more.
