The problem: You‚re in a really good mood, with no sign a comedown imminent. The solution: Winter Passing, yet another in the long line of downer coming-of-age films that forget to ever really come of age before the credits roll. Pop it in, and if you survive the generally pulse-free 99 minutes that follow, those pesky good feelings will be long gone.

Of course, if you‚d rather not get sucked into a wind tunnel of depression, you can always distract yourself by pondering such unanswerable questions as, „How did such a strong cast (Ed Harris, Zooey Deschanel, Will Ferrell and Amelia Warner) get roped into such a dreary production?‰ or „Whose idea of entertainment is this, anyway?‰

Extra: Behind-the-scenes feature.
