As the world’s Original Renaissance Pleasure Faire returns for its 62nd anniversary season, we celebrate the largest costume party in Los Angeles!  Located just ten minutes east of Pasadena. Open Saturdays and Sundays from April 6th through May 19th at the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area in Irwindale, CA.

Tickets for The Renaissance Pleasure Faire are $42 for adults and $21 for children aged 5-12. Children 4 and under are always free.

In our quest to escape from the realities of the 21st Century in favor of a carefree, inclusive, and colorful visit, jousting knights, saucy wenches, regal ladies, and the Queen’s Court, The Renaissance Pleasure Faire returns! Elizabeth I reigns at her bustling sixteenth-century seaside town where hundreds of costumed performers interact and entertain guests throughout the twenty-three-acre lake-side village. Guests are immersed in the era through music, language, unique entertainers, and one-of-a-kind merchants.

With more than forty performance groups gracing the sixteen stages in the village. Adults, children, and those in between will find plenty to keep them talking for days after their visit.

New this year, we welcome The CRAIC Show – a wild, powerful musical experience! Laugh along with returning favorites like The Washing Well Wenches, Clan Tynker Family Circus, MooNiE! The Magnif’Cent, and experience the fully armored Joust! Find all our entertainers here:

The Faire’s extensive Marketplace features more than 170 artisans offering hand-made wares including a tempting selection of authentic Renaissance and fantasy clothing. Accessorize with eye-catching hats, bags, and exquisite jewelry. Make the look your own with a creative mask or indulge your inner warrior with the perfect set of hand-crafted armor and weaponry. Choose from exotic spices and incense, fine soaps, or unique and beautifully wrought pieces of pottery, sculpture, blown glass, original artwork, and other home and garden décor.

Be sure to partake of one of our arts and crafts workshops, such as fabric dying, leatherworking, or chainmail, offered for all ages at Queen’s College.

Pub Crawl – Laugh and sing your way through the Faire in a guided tour of four fine pubs where visitors receive one drink at each location! There are two crawls daily: 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. The cost is $65 per person, in addition to the regular event admission ticket. Each crawl is limited to 30 participants and tickets are sold online.

Merrily feast your way through the Faire! Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and omnivore appetites are all appeased with dozens of choices dotted throughout the Faire! Roasted turkey legs – the gigantic icon of the Faire – pair perfectly with an ale or mead. Try Scoops on Tap, -delicious ice cream infused with craft beer! Coffee bars, Spanish and Greek flavors, cupcakes, salads, sorbets and so much more are available every Faire day!

The Guild of St. Cuthberts invites you to partake in a fine English Teatime. A Midsummer Afternoon Tea Party with Willian Shakespeare at 2:00 PM and Tea with the Queen at 4:00 PM.
