“Arrastra” is one of two new songs on this five-song EP and its chunky guitar chords and screeching lyrics are in sharp contrast to the song that follows, or at least part of the song that follows.

Ill Nino cover Faith No More's “Zombie Eaters” and add conga drums and orchestration to the acoustic first half of the song. The second half of the song shreds but the hand drumming remains mixed up high and adds a real drive to the song not to mention a hefty dose of Latin flavor.

The other original, “Reservation For Two” finds the band calmed down a bit and has a classic Ill Nino mid-song break featuring fancy acoustic guitar picking and lots more percussion that sets a perfect mood for the song's message of “baby, let's keep it together.”

A fairly by-the-book reading of Peter Gabriel's “Red Rain” is included and the effort closes with a frantic version of Nirvana's “Territorial Pissing.”
