Maybe it was an off night - those tend to happen on tours - but this show wasn’t quite as good as it should have been.

Rob Zombie’s stage show and energy was impressive, but his heavy breathing and panting only resulted in his band filling in for many of his vocals. Zombie still managed to rip through familiar White Zombie tunes like “More Human Than Human” and “Thunder Kiss ’65,” as well as his hits “Dragula” and “Living Dead Girl.”

Ozzy seemed like he hadn’t trained his voice in a while, because it cracked frequently throughout his hour-plus set. He still managed to keep his loyal crowd appeased with “Bark at the Moon” and “Crazy Train.”

Ozzy’s still a kid at heart, and it shows with his love for the music and his fans, so mistakes like his unprepared voice didn’t have much of an effect on the overall performance.
