About the club:
“Tommy’s Kitchen – Culinary Arts Club is the one and only organization that gives you hands-on cooking experience in a real kitchen on the USC campus, alongside people of all levels of expertise.
Whether you’re a first-timer living in the freshman dorms or a veteran chef with your own fully stocked kitchen, Tommy’s Kitchen is a great place to have some fun and enjoy a great meal.”
About the event:
“On the menu is some fine Spanish cuisine, including: Sopa de Ajo, a delicious and simple soup, Pollo al Chilindrón, a traditional Basque way to prepare chicken and Torrijas, a kind of french toast dessert.”
Tommy’s Kitchen meets every other Wednesday night from 6 p. m.-7 p.m. in URC 108 (The University Religious Center’s Kitchen). Contact: USCTommysKitchen@aol.com.
