Tonya Pinkins, a veteran of Broadway and “All My Children,” and Tracie Thoms, another Broadway vet and regular on “Cold Case,” are obviously talented individuals. Author Zina Camblin has trapped the actresses in a format that allows for very little respect for the female customers who patronize them, reducing them to loud and obvious stereotypes. There were a couple of touching moments like when Angie visits a friend in prison, but these were not enough to merit a “go see.”
