The third major label release from Los Lonely Boys presents a smooth, summertime feel. The songs range from pop jams, like their previous hit “Heaven,” to somber songs that talk about heartbreak and love lost.

But no matter the topic of the song, it seems like there’s hope just around the corner. Harmonizing vocals give a unique sound to songs that have a ton of soul. Jammin’ along, you hear hints of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Los Lobos – a very southwestern feel, but not in the same vein as other bands like Mana.

The standout tracks are “Heart Won’t Tell a Lie,” that makes ya belt out the lyrics and play some air guitar; the low and smooth jam “You Can’t See the Light” and I can’t get “Make It Better” out of my head.
