They brush upon the plague that’s gripping most of the Midwest and South with “Methamphetamine.” Although it’s an intense subject to sing about, OCMS finds a way to instill a groovy vibe to it in which you can’t help but sing along to the chorus.
They have some fun along these 13 tracks as well. Fantasy murders occur in “Hotel in Memphis,” and sexual innuendos contribute to “Mary’s Kitchen” being one of the best songs Tennessee Pusher has to offer.
