Directed by Kevin Bray, Linewatch follows the story of New Mexico border patrol officer Michael Dixon (Cuba Gooding, Jr.) as he finds a truck filled with bodies of illegal immigrants.

Slow and tedious throughout, the cinematographer seems to have paid extra attention to mundane details that aren’t necessary for the progression of the movie’s plot. It’s almost as if Bray, who has directed films including All About the Benjamins and Walking Tall and TV shows like “Cold Case” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” wishes to convey to the audience the unhurried and wearisome manner in which the border patrolmen live their lives.
