“Stop Kiss” was originally penned in 1998, but more than 10 years later it is still a poignant commentary of life’s horror, love and beauty. When Callie and Sara meet, they hit it off right away, but when their friendship turns into something more, Sara is assaulted and Callie must decide just how much they mean to each other.

Told with complete sincerity, “Stop Kiss” is a brilliant exploration of humanity. Rogue Machine’s production is presented in an intimate space and stars an outstanding cast of actresses, who manage to realistically switch from jubilant to crushed in five seconds flat. Watch out for the various rock covers played between scenes – there’s one gem in particular, but I’m not giving it away.
