Z02 has a new album, and it is everything 80s. True to rock music of the '80s, the tracks on Casino Logic will take you back to the days of songwriting, most of which revolved around women and escape.

These guys are definitely rocking to influences of a decade they find inspiration from, and the result is darn good rockability. “Painted Lady” and “Show Me” are evidence to this statement, and evidence to their connection with songwriting and music making. “Stronger” is how rock ’n’ roll handles breakups; take a listen to the lyrics and you will be taken in and out of a relationship in a matter of five minutes.

If the music isn’t enough to sell you, the cover isn’t bad on the eyes, and the surprises inside the CD, thanks to the band’s old style, are a plus.
