This is the book I wished I had read when I entered college life three years ago. Having to learn a completely different game than what I was used to in high school was already overwhelming; the addition of having to learn the ropes by myself made me completely vulnerable.
This best-selling book helps to ease the uncomfortable adjustment period from the beginning “Arriving on Campus” and carries through until the end “It’s Almost Time to Say Goodbye.” In between, the book is filled with sound advice on issues college students are going encounter: class schedules, money management, roommate etiquettes and dating complications. The issues can be found easily for quick reference, and are also accompanied by truthful, sometimes outrageous, stories from college students.
