Scary Fragile’s sound is instantly recognizable. It has a rock edge, perhaps mellow rock, but it’s not so overwhelming that the music drowns out the vocals.

The two actually work very well together; the guitar compliments the tone and the lyrics perfectly, increasing and decreasing with intensity just as the vocalist does. Due to the fact that the two are so incredibly in sync, the climaxes reach even more dramatic peaks, causing the listener to feel the emotion pouring out, creating an even deeper connection to the music.

In addition, the lyrics are so simple and honest and the vocal harmonies are so astonishingly beautiful that even the most cold-hearted being would melt to stone. There is not one song on this album that I dislike.
