This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains the information that Campus Circle collects on www.campuscircle.net (the "Site"), how Campus Circle uses your information collected at the Site and your choices related to Campus Circle's data collection practices on the Site. Your use of the Site indicates to Campus Circle that you have read and accept Campus Circle’s privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Please note that this Privacy Policy only covers information collection practices on the Site and does not cover any information collected offline by Campus Circle or at any other web site.

USE OF COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you may disclose publicly in user forums (such as blogs, chat rooms, bulletin boards, or similar web pages). You should keep in mind that whenever you publicly disclose information about yourself online, that information could be collected and used by people that you do not know. You should exercise discretion when using these user forums. In addition, certain message boards (and similar user forums) may display IP addresses (there is information above about IP addresses) along with the message poster’s name and message. In some instances, you may choose to create a public profile that will be available to others. You are solely responsible for your public profile’s content. Campus Circle bears no responsibility for any action or policies of any third parties who collect any information that visitors may disclose in user forums or other public areas, if any, on the Site. If you are asked to create a user name, we recommend not using your real name or other information that can be used to identify you.
