This box set contains many of the Marvel comic adaptations from recent years, including: the X-Men trilogy, Daredevil, Elektra and both Fantastic Four films.

Also included are four episodes from the “Fantastic Four” animated series, two X-Men mini-comic books (including a reproduction of the very first issue), a Silver Surfer digital comic and custom-designed lobby cards.

With the varying quality of the films (the first two X-Men movies are the only ones that are unequivocally good movies), the set will make a fun and relatively inexpensive gift for the young comic book fan. But for anyone else, there’s a bit too much filler.
