After four seasons of wonderful vulgarity, though, the fifth season is surprisingly … boring. Sure, the violence and swearing are there, but without the somewhat-cohesive plot (no matter how farfetched) of previous seasons, many of the jokes fall horribly flat. Only a handful of the 14 episodes (the most notable being “Hand Banana”) save the series from being a waste of time.
And this, coming from a long-time “Aqua Teen” fan.
