Paul Twist (James Van Der Beek) must complete a screenplay for his original movie idea in only 18 days. Under pressure and facing writer’s block, Twist has his best friend (Darryn Lucio) lock him in his apartment so that he cannot escape his deadline.

There, he starts to lose his sanity. The viewer, on the other hand, is likely to start laughing out loud watching this unbearable, predictable horror film.

The dark villain in this movie is a character named Punchy the Clown. I guess if you’re one of those people that have a strange phobia of clowns, this film might freak you out. Otherwise, skip it. The acting is awful, and even though it’s supposed to be a thriller, it moves at the pace of a snail.

James Van Der Beek, please get your career back on track. I think I miss Dawson.
