With off-the-wall humor and manic energy, Freakazoid tears through D.C. battling such dastardly villains as Cave Man, a rampaging Neanderthal who talks incongruously like Thurston Howell, III.

From writers Alan Burnett and Paul Dini, it’s a witty, scattershot cartoon that adults can enjoy.
