Pulse 3 is one of the worst horror movies since, well, Pulse 2. The American series is based on a Japanese film in which evil forces are transmitted over the Internet.

The third film is set in a post-apocalyptic future where the cities have been abandoned and survivors of “the sickness” live in refugee camps, shunning all technology. A disaffected teenage girl finds a laptop one day and strikes up an instant message correspondence with a mysterious stranger.

There is little even resembling a scare here.
