Edward Norton stars as the gamma-poisoned Bruce Banner on the run from the army in this mulligan following 2003’s misguided Hulk. The action is cranked up, but, ultimately, the results are still ho hum.

The problem lies in the Hulk as a hero – at least as far as carrying a two-hour movie goes. There is nothing terribly compelling about a guy running away from an omnipresent U.S. army and occasionally turning into a giant green CG monster and smashing some stuff.
