"You can’t take that tone with me; I’m the head honcho!" Funnyman Will Ferrell utters those words during a skit where he impersonates President Bush trying to shoot a campaign commercial. Ferrell portrays the Commander in Chief as a sickle-swinging bumbler who threatens to nuke Guatemala and duke it out with his cameraman. Filmed in a ranch setting with Ferrell standing by a corral fence, a hilarious unplanned moment occurs when a horse walks up and bites him on the elbow.

Lots of musicians get in their naughty nibbles too, led by NOFX performing their slam of both Presidents Bush, "Idiot Son of an Asshole." Alkaline Trio, Thought Riot and Bad Religion check in with videos as does Flogging Molly with their beloved "Drunken Lullabies."

Yet this video is not about name-calling, it’s about disseminating information and opinion through song or performance. For example, "Honor Betrayed" is a chilling documentary piece that intimates that the current administration has been careless with combat troops for the benefit of political spin.

RAB Vol. 2 also features several other documentaries and a few more satirical spots. A bonus CD is included, too, with lots of rarities and unreleased songs, notably the Foo Fighters’ "Gas Chamber," Green Day’s "Favorite Son" and Dillinger Four’s frenetic "Like Sprewells on a Wheelchair."
